“It is with great pleasure that I can write a recommendation for Lamoureux Associates. Over the past 12 months, our vision / goal to completely redevelop a 6,000 SF warehouse, built in 1954, on a 1.5 acre site could not have gone better. The end result, is a building with every square foot being effective and being functional, and the site plan showing the same effectiveness with 141 parking spaces and still having the green space / landscaping area that we desired. Lastly, our concerns about the exterior elevations were eliminated because of our meetings with Lamoureux Associates, in particular Donn & Bruce, they both took the time to listen, and took the time to understand our project’s purpose, that resulted in us having a wonderfully designed facility.
